Ewa Bigio – Wellness & Media Speaker | FitBeing Lens

Speaker

From fitness to film festivals, I’ve always been drawn to the systems that shape how we move, think, and see. I’ve served as a jury member and panelist at international film festivals and markets, and led professional development for yoga teachers, as well as workshops for non-fiction filmmakers and producers aiming to bring their stories to the global stage. Across these fields, a common thread emerges — the pursuit of distilling subjective experience into authentic expression, and communicating that unique point of view in a way that resonates with a broader audience. What flows naturally from this is a commitment to critical thinking — a more honest engagement with the narratives we’ve inherited, and how the systems that shape us can be re-examined, dismantled, and reimagined to support personal growth.

With a background in global documentary sales and movement education, I bring a rare lens to conversations on image-making, wellness culture, media messaging, and the cost of ambition. Whether I’m speaking to corporate leaders, creatives, or wellness communities, my aim is always the same — to spark clarity, offer context, and shift the narrative where the narrative no longer fits, to enable personal and professional enrichment.
