Ewa is an exceptional and attentive teacher, who understands the body and its limits, and designs her classes to ensure students develop strength at an appropriate pace. I’ve really enjoyed committing to the “trifecta” of core, strength and yoga classes the past three or four months. I’m feeling stronger and more able to do other exercise now I have that foundational strength (but I’m still working on it). Vital Energy Yoga has been transformative for my physical and mental health. There is a variety of classes and programs available which cater to an extensive range of different experience levels. Eva is an excellent teacher and was extremely accommodating when I first joined as a complete novice. The one-on-one training she offers has also been helpful and informative. A casual comment from a colleague about her amazing yoga teacher led me to my first meeting with Ewa. In one conversation I realised that there was something more to be gained from her, than just good exercise and yoga poses. My second interaction with Ewa was my 1:1 evaluation and again within minutes she could see my posture and body shape problems that were the cause of immense shame and had me seeking medical advice. However, what convinced me this was a class I wanted to try, was her vision of what she could see my body capable of doing and how they were all fixable issues. Her presence and energy was calm and assuring. The first class was amazing and I loved it and it’s led to me committing to at least 4 classes a week. The experience has been life changing for me and 5 months in, my posture has corrected so that I stand upright, I can sit on the floor cross legged and I can do weighted exercise and planks without feeling like I’m dying.
